A block of rooms is available to event attendees at a special group rate of $69.00 per night plus tax, single or double occupancy. To reserve your room online at the group rate, please click the link above. To reserve your room by phone, call 877-603-4389 and use group code SPGIE3.

The discounted rate is available until the cut-off date, July 31, 2023, or until the room block is full, whichever occurs sooner.

Resort Fee: There is an additional $35 per day plus tax resort fee. This fee provides guests with several commonly used services. These services are wireless internet access for up to 2 devices, fitness center access for up to 2 adults, and local and toll-free domestic (800) calls.

Check-in at the Paris Las Vegas Resort begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to a full day charge. Attendees are able to contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out, please note that while you are able to request a late check-out, they are not guaranteed and are extended at the discretion of the hotel.

To cancel your hotel reservation, call 1-888-746-6955 and request to cancel your hotel reservation. Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be penalized. If the cancellation is made within the 72-hour window, attendees will be charged a fee of one nights room and tax.

Cannabis Conference will be taking place in the Paris Las Vegas Resort Conference Center. The event facilities are located on the on the main level Paris Las Vegas Resort. Registration will be stationed in the Paris Ballroom Foyer.

It has come to our attention that a number third-party accommodation service providers have contacted companies either attending, exhibiting or sponsoring the Cannabis Conference regarding hotel reservations.

These companies DO NOT represent the Cannabis Conference, nor have they been authorized to send out any information related to the event and should NOT be used to make hotel reservations. We urge all event attendees to ignore any communications from companies purporting to offer these services and to avoid giving out credit card details to such organizations.

There is only one official way to book and reserve your hotel accommodations on behalf of the Cannabis Conference and that is to book directly through the Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino. The hotel will provide a professional, reliable and safe service for booking your hotel accommodation.
