Founder and CEO, Cannabis Facility Construction
Andy Poticha is Founder & CEO of Cannabis Facility Construction (CFC), a division of Mosaic Construction, a national design-build firm based in Northbrook, Illinois. CFC was founded in 2014 and is a national, industry leader in full-service cannabis facility design-build working with multiple MSOs, independents and start-up cannabis companies across the country. CFC has built and is in-process of work on over 80 cultivation facilities, processing centers, and dispensary projects in 12 states. Andy and CFC understand the unique challenges facing cannabis business owners and investors. In addition to meeting compliance, regulatory, and operational standards, CFC knows that cultivation and processing centers need to provide the ideal conditions for their yields as well as productive working environments for staff.
Andy also devotes his personal time and efforts to several important charitable causes and organizations. His community leadership, industry designations, and professional affiliations include Vice Chair and Chair of the Marketing Committee of Jewish Child and Family Services; Board Member, Chair of the Building Committee and Member of the Executive Committee of the Illinois Holocaust Museum and Education Center. Andy is also a part of several cannabis and construction industry groups including, the National Cannabis Industry Association (NCIA), Cannabis Business Association of Illinois (CBAI), NAIOP commercial real estate association, and other industry associations.
