David Kram has over 15 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience serving clients in the technology and cannabis industries. 

He is currently the founder of Spring Leaf Capital, a management and strategic advisory firm, and has been instrumental in the successful completion of numerous advisory assignments for cannabis industry clientele including merger and acquisition transactions, recapitalizations, financings, restructurings and strategic planning. 

Prior to cannabis, David worked in middle-market investment banking where he was active in contributing financial analysis and due diligence support for numerous technology M&A and IPO transactions. 

David is a graduate of the University of Missouri where he earned a B.S. in Business Administration, summa cum laude, with a concentration in finance and economics.
