Jerry Kieran is co-founder of Clarity Gardens and General Partner of Photon Partners. His cross functional experience covers the gamut from sales and training to design-build operations, manufacturing, private investments and business creation. Keiran served as the Chief Business Development Officer at Fluence Bioengineering from 2014 through its acquisition by Osram in 2018. In 2016, he led the purchase of Clarity Gardens, a cannabis cultivation asset in Denver that has been transformed from 4,500 square feet of bloom canopy to over 12,500 square feet within the same footprint.

His journey includes significant efforts in the cannabis plant tissue culture and genetics realm; and coupled with integrated environmental control systems, he believes they have the power to reshape our nascent industry. His expertise in go-to-market strategies, strategic pricing, cannabis intimacy, and industry ecosystem forms a solid foundation to help the cannabis industry bridge the gap to the CPG world in the coming years.

Kieran earned a BS from Clarkson University in Interdisciplinary Engineering and Management. He went on to earn his MBA from Columbia University with honors.
